Sometimes the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. Likewise, while we typically prefer single-origins, sometimes two origins will complement each other such that their blend is warranted. Our 10/22 blend will typically be the Ethiopian bean from our 316 roast blended with the Colombian origin in 15-2 to round out the sweetness and add some body. The result is a balanced, medium-bodied cup with subtle notes of fruit and bittersweet chocolate.
